I can't tell whether my female mollie is pregnant or not. I would also want to know what color my mollie is?

Yup, I would say so.

As for colour, it is orange and black. I am sure some of the other guys would be happy to identify it's variety.

Red calico dalmatian. Orange with black spots is red dalmatian, and because she has a white belly it's a calico dalmatian.
Somebody was breeding a longfin version of this, more yellow than orange, had some green in it, without the white belly, a few years ago and calling it Gold Dust.

Both the mollies in the second photo are pregnant. Most domestic mollies are hybrids between several species (Poecilia sphenops, P. latipinna, P. velifera mainly, some others) and the proportions of these species vary from molly to molly. They are all different sizes and have different gestation lengths. The pregnancy can last between 4 and 8 weeks. For a black molly and another female of similar size I'd say 5-6 weeks, both of them look about half gone but the dali is more pregnant than the black.
