hi all i just got a gold pleco and was wondering how big do they grow?

Are you referring to a gold nugget pleco? If so there are several different species that range in sizes.

Most u see in shops are only get to 6" but their are a fey that can get to 10-12", thats about the larges I've ever seen though.

Thats a common pleco.

Expect 12-15 inches
