Fish Herder
This year, Bristol Tropical Fish Club held its 46th annual show. This is a few of the fish at the show, but by no means is it exhaustive; due to time constraints I could only take a small number of photos from the show. In some areas I have only one fish in a category. I could not get a photo of the overall winner due to its exeptioanally exited nature, but it was a rare Killifish, scientific name later on.
There were about 200 entrants this year, 60 of them from one person alone. He won an incredible 18 firsts and 16 seconds, but I diddent manage to get his name.
There are a number of sepecialist breeders and keepers there, including Ian Fuller, the lendendary Corydoras keeper and breeder. Stands from the British Cichlid Assotiation, The Kilifish Assotiation and the Livebarers Assotiation were also there and they provided a helpful insight into what they do, also selling a number of speciallist books at excellent prices. An auction was held, with a number of different fish for sale, including young Ansistris, Angel fish and a large variety of quality Guppies at very low prices. A friend also managed to purchece a 6" Snakeskin gourami for £3, a bargin for such a stunning fish. The venue is situated near to a Garden Center, which has an excellent fish section with a few rare and unusual fish on sale, as well as an excellent selection of Malawi cichlids and Corydoras cats.
Im afraid some of the photos are not great due to light reflection, time restraints and incompetence on my part.

It was in fact 17 firsts and 14 seconds as well as loads of 3rds and fourths. I also had best in show, but it was not a danio. It is in fact an extremely rare killifish called an Aphanius Dispar.You do have a couple of other mistakes which I will help out on. 
The "An Indian Glass Barb swimming" is comonly known as a Dragon tetra/characin.Here is a pic of my goby as well.Please understand no offence is intended on your excellent report on the show and your nice pictures. Keep up the good work!
