kmurph - I'm actually a fan of the blue guys too. This is the first fish I've had in 10 years. Decided recently to get back into it. Definately my favorite kind of fish! I actually went looking for a full red Betta...but this guy was lookin' pretty bad in his bowl. The guy at the store actually asked me if I was sure I wanted him. Response - "Hell yeah I do!"

Auratus - My camera is a piece of garbage, but I got a pic of him flarin' up ( a little blurry though )

freshmike - The red dude in your sig was EXACTLY the fish I was lookin' for - that's a great lookin' Betta, man! Heh, I printed a picture of that guy and held it up in front of my tank to get General to flare ( see pic! ) - General wanted to take him on!

Fortunately, there will be no battles in General's future. I hope to make him a father in the near future.
