Firstly a few shots of my new black arowana, it only arrived last night and is already looking stunning, i cant wait for the colours to develop more as it settles in.

Next up is a pair of Topaz puffers i picked up, these two seem to have a pair bond and follow each other everywhere. Theyre still a bit shy and dont like having the camera poked at them.

and a couple of shots of their home because i havent posted any for a while.

Awesome fish CFC, truly stunning.

One day i will be able to house one of those beauts................ sigh......

I like the new additions CFC :good: Very nice ;)

How did you manage to get such good pictures of the arowana? I heard theyre very hard to take decent pictures of.

We want more pics! :p

and now my latest little creation and something completely different to my usual tanks, a 39 gallon Tanganykian Cichlid set up.

Please excuse the calcium deposits on the rear glass, i didnt notice them until i uploaded the pictures.

I wouldnt say they were particularly good pictures, a lot of the colour and detail is lost from real life but it was just patience and luck that made them come out as good as they did, i just locked my focus on the arowana's turn point in the tank and shot a picture off just before it turned, i deleted about 20 useless ones.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone.

I'm quite enjoying the tangs, its nice to have some fish that actually interact with their enviroment rather than dwarfing it for a change, they also have big fish character in little fish bodies, that male Lamprologus meleagris thinks he's the fish version of terminator or something they way he struts around the tank, very amusing.
