looks like it could be a pimlodae pictus(spelling?) they are fairly common.

dosen't look much like a pictus pimelodus, because it dosen't have the spots, but i may not be able to see the spots cause the fish is moving fast so the photo blurred.

I would say it was pim. pictus. some have very faint spots and they are one of the most popular cats in the uk. although it could be a pearl cat, I would say it's more likly to be a pictus cat.
Does it have a horizontal black stripe down the length of its body?
Looks more like a pimalodella gracillis than a pimalodus pictus from what i can make out.
They can be kept singularly or in a group of at least 3, pairs will fight and the weaker fish may be killed.
