8) Alright my tank is now in peace and harmony.

The red belly piranha are all getting along and im stuffing them like pigs.

My questions is that right now i have 105 watts over the top.

so far floating cabomba is doing fine.

java fern and java moss are doing fine.

im dosing a little bit of flourish excel after water changes.

Now my question is theres a real good deal on Vallis around here and i wanna know if i have sufficient lighting for it?

i also have root tabs for them if needed.

Either one of the vallis would be fine. I can get gigantea easier but corkscrew can be done.

Thanks for future help! B)

vallis will do fine. I grow vallis, both corkscrew and americana(which is your gigantea) under 1.3 WPG and it grows like a weed.

any chance u can supply a pic of your tank? I am interested to see what it looks like as I am also growing under low light and using flourish excel.

ps, have you tried just the flourish yet? its a great addition, i really enjoy using it.

i've found vallis grows loads better in harder water :)

alright just an update, i put another 80 watts so now its 160 watts and i added these plants:

amazon sword
corkscrew vallis
cryptocoryne sp.
hygro corymbosa

i tried researching the last too but not much came up, you guys think they'll do fine?

im dosing flourish excel and seachem flourish right now.

most anything will do well under 2 wpg if you take care of them well

sweeeeeeeeeet, alright thanks alot, ill keep working on the tank and when its finally done ill show ti eventually. :D

alright i finally took pictures and they turned out as good as i can do them, hahahahaaha.
