Hey guys, I said I would put up pics of the boys, here they are!

Homer and Squirt (in that order)
I am yet to get a pic of Neo. Sorry bout the bad quality, they were taken on a camera phone
Can anyone tell me what type of fighters they are?
Cheers

Don't know about fighters, but that one on the left looks like a veiltail and the one on the right looks like a crowntail. :) I have two crowntail boys myself. <3

Ok now for my next question.... What are the personality differences between veil tails & crown tails? Because Homer & New are total guts's with their food, and Squirt never eats! I mean i have never seen him eat in the 3 weeks we have had him and the dried blood worms sit in the top of the tank.

Sometimes they dissapppear, but dont they dissolve?

I wouldn't say the personality difference is because they're veiltail and crowntail. It's just that different bettas have different personalities, regardless of their tail type, I say.

The first betta I had, he seemed to hate bloodworms, actually (surprisingly). The two crowntails I have right now looooove them and beg me constantly for them (least it looks that way to me ). One of them is a little too plump from too much food so I am not feeding him for a day tomorrow (even skipped dinner today actually). But the food seems to be doing him good, as he's grown a LOT over the past few weeks.

He might just not like bloodworms. :) They aren't meant to be a staple diet anyway - betta pellets are good, with bloodworms as a treat.

Crowntails are generally more aggressive than other betta tailtypes. But that doesn't mean you can't have an easy-going, lazy CT because it does depend on the individual betta. :)

All three boys are gorgeous! :D

lol at first sight the right male looks like having ich but at a closer look i see it is a great fish (the photo has the ich effect :p ), congrats :good:
