Thought this might be an interesting thread to see what people do for a living!!!!!

I have 2 jobs......

one is my own company, that specializes in laying Gas and water mains.....

The other is a buyer for a Civil Engineering firm.....

And I am also a mum to 4 kids.......so a busy gal most of the time....

oo, fun!

currently I test microcantilvers (this is a Scanning Electron Microscope image of an Atomic Force Microscope cantilever tip :S )

i used to be an intern for a Harley-Davidson testing facility B) however, that translated into "glorified secretary" so i changed majors :p but this is a nifty pic i found whilst pruning their hard drives. (if i had recieved enough training to tell you what it was, then i'd still be tracking EPA data and part failures. but i know all about the 2005 H-D saddlebag collection! :grr: )

1045 Jominy Bar, 2 3/4th inch from end, 500x, etched with Nitrol :drool: look at those pearlite grains; i just wish i'd prepared this metallograph.
 
hahahaha this is an amazing topic. I am a student and a pro tennis player ( not really) but itd be cool to be one :fun: and i do play alot :thumbs:

i work in offshore finance and trust so basicaly people sign there money to us and we save it, invest it, buy assets with it and make it grow for them, pretty much playing with very very risc peoples money and making them richer.
