Am-e-thest is how Amethyst pronounced.

Some other names that mean purple-ish (I'm assuming she's purple? It's hard to tell) are..

Lilac (Ly-lac)
Mulberry (Mul-bear-e)
Lavender (La-ven-dur)

Some names that don't mean purple are..

Makutu (Ma-coo-two) : Means Magic; to bewitch.
Marama (Mare-am-a) : Means Moon.
Reka (Ree-ca?) : Means Sweet.

:p That's all I can think of right now.
 
Or Cinderella....I've always wanted to name an animal Cinderella. It's just kinda cute when you think about it!
