Nitrate is 0 by the look of the test, It didn't turn color at all !

I have a 10 Gallon with 4 plattys, 1 guppie and 1 dawrf frog.
I wanted to add some more fish, guppies and platys. How many of each would be okay?

The tank is well planted and has a fliter and underground system also.

Thanks for your help in advance :)

I'd say 1 platty and 2 guppies. If it's a ten gallon long, then you might be able to get 1 or 2 more along with the 1 platty and 2 guppies, but don't get more than that.

If it were me I would say 1 more platty 2 guppies or 1 of each anymore than that I would say you would be overstocked .....

Platy = 2" x 4 = 8"
Guppy = 1.5" x 1 = 1.5"

Total = 9.5" + frog

Using the dated and often debated rule (but still a good rule-of-thumb) of 1 inch of fish per gallon, I would say your tank is full. It isn't what you want to hear, and you certainly could add more, but be aware that we generally push until we lose, then scratch our heads wondering what went wrong. :crazy:

If you want to breed them, nix the guppy and frog, and make your platy population 1 male, 3 female. They will reproduce for you, and fill the tank with bundles of joy. Keep up the water changes, and you could make a nice display of it.

Good luck,
/Kris
