Zeovite, new technology for nitrates

Hi....there seems to be a new rumbling of interest in the area of nitrate reduction. The product is called Zeovit. I was wondering what our small community of marine aquarists thought. Post your comments. Here is a link to the site:

I'm not really convinced on the the zeovit products per se. However I think that the husbandry that is reccomended to go with them (heavy skimming, frequent water changes etc. etc.) has a postive impact on tanks.

I think I'm right in saying they are claming the zeovit media adsorbs ammonium ions, which I guess is possible for a zeolite (maybe someone who knows more about their chemistry can comment); however I would be concerned about how much ammonia actually makes it to the filter. I imagine that detitus would decay close to live rock etc. where any ammonia would quickly be converted to nitrite or taken up by algae.
