normally minimum around £70 for 1-1.5 inch juvies for a breeding pair then its basically name your price sexing from about 18mnths ish (even then still not garentedd) id say breeding usually 2.5 - 3.5 years maybe longer

not really there are many people out there breeding them and even at best of times hard to sex them and prices are coming down

if they werent breeding they would be as much as they would be 2 buy own there own adults males are never as much 2 buy as adults females for obvious reasons but yeh depending how much you actually pay depending on how much profit can be made btw there is no garenty them breeding even if u have 2 females and 1 male a nice group of 6 or more would give u much better odds

Sounds like you're only interested in it for the money. If you want to make money then don't breed fish, do something else.

Gotta keep Zebras just for the love of them really, if they pay for themselves then great, if not then you still have the best looking plec bar none....period!!!

Hope to have some 1 day, when that day will be I have no idea, many moons from now though!!!

i am after a large group of L046, preferably 2 groups of 6. I want to breed them. I love the fish and i would sell them to my lfs, not to make money but it would give more people the chance to see, own or mabe breed the beautiful fish.

i want to get one one day but the only place i found that has them sells them for 229 U.S. dollars.... i dont have that kind of money to spend on one fish yet

i know same for me and i would have to ship them up to canada and that is just to much of a risk for me and alot of money, but they are abosulty beautiful!!!!!
