Zebra Danios And Fry

I have 1 adult sized Danio that I need to move froma large tank to a smaller one. But in the smaller tank are 4 danio fry - the smallest being about 1.5cm in length. will the adult danio eat the smaller fry?

if they`re that sort of length i think they should be safe.
Plus danios aren`t known for there preditory instincts

predatory no, canabalistic yes!.

rule of thumb, if it fits in a danios mouth it is food.
I think 1.5cm is safe, but prvide plenty of plants etc for the smaller fish to hide in/behind
