I have a community tank and recently I bought some rummy head tetras and 2 of them did not make it one of them could not swim and died the other I woke up and it was dead so I don't know if that has something to do with it but I've noticed that the zebra denio has bean getting big for a bit now like a week or so but the tanks at about 7.2 pH and about 77-80 degrees. It's the one on the right

Ok my tank is a community tank with 5 zebras 5 cloud white minnows and 6 amano shrimp and 4 panda Cory's and 3 Siler kuhli loaches and 2 rummynose tetras I had 5 that u just got on Tuesday but 2 passed and one looked sick so I took it out I don't know why this happened but I did more research and found out they are pretty sensitive which I did not know before buying that was a bad idea on my part I thought they would be more like neon tetras but no so ya my pH is 7.2 I'm pretty new to the aquarium hobby so I don't know what my gh and kh and amm and ites and ates and chlorine levels are but all my fish have been in there for a while now like 3 weeks or so except the rummy noses and I have tons of plants I do not know the exact filter but it filters 130 gallons per hour and my tank size is a 20gl tall I also get all my fish from a local family owned fish store called finatics fish store I do not know all the types of plants I have I picked some out that the store owner told me would do best in this aquarium but ya I'll put pick of entire aquarium

Ok will do thanks for everything but I have one more question I found our that the rummy noses I had, had whirling disease it showed very obvious signs of it then died now I have no more only the rummy noses died though what should I do about my other fish I have in there what can I do to save them cause I think it's contagious so can you pls help me

Rummynose tetras can suffer from pH and GH shock when you buy them. They also stress out a lot when they are first imported. If you have to get them, let them sit in the shop tank for a couple of weeks to recover before you get any. Ask the shop if they will hold them for you for 2 weeks. Say you are going away for 2 weeks and don't want to add new fish before you go.

Re the danio. Is it still eating normally?
What does its poop look like?
If the fish has stopped eating, gotten fat over a few days and does stringy white poop, it has an internal bacterial infection.

If the fish is eating normally, does a normal coloured poop, and just gaining a little bit of weight over a few weeks, it's probably a female developing eggs.
