So I have had a single danio for over a year with a Cory and some snails. Today I added some new danioa to the tank and noticed mine looks much thinner than the other danios. I had my water tested today before adding new fish and they said my water is a little hard but it shouldn't bother the danios. Just wondering does he look healthy? He's the non blurry one. Thx

Hello and welcome to the forum. he does look thinner. How has he been acting? It is good you added some more since they are schooling fish and need company.

it has worms and gill flukes. treat it with praziquantel and levamisole, or flubendazole.

He's acting completely normal. Nothing ever changed. Now that the other fish are there he's playing with them and active.

Collin_T is very good at telling what is wrong with fish, That is good that he now has other fish to be with. I have several types of tetras and they need to shoal with others of their kind too. It really does reduce their stress witch can help keep them healthy. Enjoy your fish.
