Does anyone have any of these? i have read up about them, and think they are adorable, and once my tank has cycled and been established for a while, i was wanting to add 3 of these, the fish that i am moving into my large tank are..

2 Clown Loach
2 Angel Fish
1 Gourami (dwarf)

6 Zebra Daino's (possibilty not decided yet)

Will the Yoyo Loaches get along with my current fish, and what fish DONT they get on with ??

Here is a link to what i mean.... I wonder if they are hard to locate??

Thanx Claire xx

yoyos will be fine with your listed fish.
they max out at 8". I myself have two approaching that and I think GL
here has had some that big too.
They have just as much personallity as the clown loaches, if not more.

Hi i live in the uk, are they easy to come by? Would i need to order them? I can honestly say out of the few lfs i visit, i have never seen this particular loach, and i have decided this is the one i want lol

How much are they roughly??

Claire xx

any lfs should be able to order them in for you.
they are more commonly called pakistani loach in the UK trade,
so you may want to ask for that name.

the ones we have at work are £3.95 each for 1/2-1" speciamines

I also have 4 of these loaches, great fish. I have only seen them at one LFS around here and they were $4.99 US Dollars a piece. Once they settle in, they develop great personailites, each one is unqiue

I have three Pakistan Botia/ Yoyo Loaches and they are a very lively crew. They do not really harrass the other fish but they do like to check out the Swordtails and have some serious games of tag amongst themselves. When I put them into the 125gal I may get a couple more. Lots of fun to watch! :D
