Yes, where your post is, go on, topic options + watch this topic, or you can do what I do and view new posts every time you log in, and any topics with a white line on the blue square are the ones you have participated in.

The first post, top right, drop down menu, I think it also depends on the skin you use, what skin are using? I'm using IP board pro

Have you set up your profile area Jo - it's all in there and more just click on your name at the top left hand side
