yo yo loach acting funny

my yo-yo loach keeps flicking itself while swimming along the bottom of tank....is this a medical condition, its eating normal and only does it now and then.....can anyone tell me whats the matter with it?

Skin Flukes, Velvet. Or maybe the start of Ich. Either way i would suggest you treat it. He's trying to get rid of it by flicking and rubbing.

I would treat for ich. Loaches flicking around normly indicate the start of some parasite in your water. And in my opinion i bet it's Ich and not Skin Fulkes. Loaches are the first to tell you there's something wrong!

possibly a itchy type of disease mine did that i watched him he was ok in the end

ich= white spot and 2 of my clown loach died of it!
