I just got some deltas. The breeder says (forgive me for bringing it up) that large groups of spawn mates that are not separated, including brothers and sisters, will live together and not kill one another. Is separating them a traditional way to prepare them for fighting--as well as to keep control of breeding?

I have two pairs of spawn sisters in my sorority. (Synirrs aren't in there yet--getting a new larger tank tomorrow for the sorority.) The Cracker/Surprise sisters argue but they always pair up to back off Delilah. Now I see the Super Delta Black Copper sisters, Roxy and Roxana, starting to pair up too. That chunky Roxy will rule with Roxana's help. It remains to be seen what the Synirr ladies will do. Poor Delilah.

DeSause, great girls. Let me know how the sibling thing goes. I want to see the tank. You take such great pics.

I dont think brother and sister can live 2gether

but ive noticed that sisters are nicer to each other. by soroity is now broken into two groups......Synirr's Trio and the LFS Trio........

Jollysue, you can make a sorority with only girls XD more space and its fun when they interact, as u know ( I think ) its best to introduce them at the same time and young if possible
