I think my yellow tang might have ick. What is the best possible treatment for this???

Quarantine with treatment via either copper (~0.30ppm) or hyposalinity (1.009sg). Are you SURE it has ich?

I've seen ich before and this looks similar....although it was a freshwater tank before.

There is starting to be a white flakey film growing all over and the fish is acting irratic (a little jerky and seems to be rubbing its body against the rocks in the tank.)

That sound right to you?
