but the yellow coral goby i havent seen eat since i got him and im a little worried about this. I feed my fish Froozen Brine Shrimp, cyclop-eeze and ocean nutrition prime reef flake but havent seen him touch any of this he just lets it blow right pass him. i am thinking about getting him seachem entice but dont know anyone who uses it so dont know if its successful anyone use this or have any ideas how i could get him to feed
many thanks

These guys are notorious for not eating :(
If all else fails, I would get some live food (like brine).

I have read about people having them for a few years and never seeing them eat.

Where abouts did you buy them online?

i brought them off discountfish.co.uk whick i know was a risk cuz i herd bad things but u cant knock them til u try them but they were ok when they arrived bar they royal gramma which must of shipped bad as the rest was fine only bad thing i would say is that they take agers to ship them it took me 3 weeks to get them.

but how to u feed live food im not to sure how to do it and also my lfs dont sell them any one know where to get some?

TBH a fish could die no matter where you get it from. Is that the website where everything is always "out of stock" or no longer in stock? Im sure they have to order things in and they don't actally keep any stock which might explain why they take so long.

As for live food, are there any other pet shops around you? Also I think you can buy some online.

Are you trying very small flakes? I find my smaller fish like it in tiny parts and will ignore any larger bits they know they wont be able to handle.

yer they recon tat they dont keep marine fish or inverts in stock i guess the same would apply to the corals they sell

there is only 3 stores in my local area and 1 of them is not so good so i only use the other 2 and they dont sell live foods i saw some on ebay but how do u store them so they stay live?
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140378191179&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

also i been crushing the flake with my hands to get it to a tiny size before i add it, and also lager bits for the clownfish so they dont gobble all the little bits up

problem solved i see him eating some frezen brine shrimp but wont touch flake atm
thanks for your help guys :good:
