Yep, just plopped it right in and let it sit on the gravel.
I have T5 lighting so it gets maximum light right on the bottom but that's it. It's not taking any nutrients from the soil in there because it's not rooted yet so aye - Waited about a month or so for it to show any signs of life though, this seems to be a common story among people.
Could be a completely different story as it grows larger but we'll tackle that obstacle when it comes to it
