so recently i set up a guppy tank and i now have lil babies swimming arround hopefully they will be as beautiful as there father and mother
the father is black with a bright red spot on his head and a huge and i mean huge rear tail fin which is also red and the female is yellow with a blue and black rear tail fin hopefully i can get some pics soon sooo proud

but have you got them in a seperate tank as they may get eaten in the community tank

there in the same tank but in a breeding net atm sorting out a tank for them tommorow as i just got my wages today^^ theyve been in the net for about 2 days now is it a problem keeping them in a net for a long period of time or will they be ok ?

No they will be fine in the net until the outgrow it just keep it clean and dirt free, it can slow down the growth in the net but if youre getting another tank then they should be fine

Only 5 of mine survived and they are 4 weeks today

7 so far but shes still extremly large hopefully more to come i have no idea how but one of them managed to escape the net and is currently hiding in my java moss and comes out every so often brave little bugger ^^
