males showing beautiful speckling scales .they spend a lot of time sparring with each other however they rarely come to any harm.
x. variata will always be seen swimming at the front of the aquarium waiting to be fed ,
will accept all foods offered some live food should be added to the diet

My dominant males will also turn dark... But yes, the sparkles are really nice when the light hits them...
