The actual CO2 bottles for a start. Not only that, you'll be needing a way to deliver it to your tank.

For the money it'll cost you, go with a decent all in one kit, probably only cost you an extra £10 and no worries of it all going wrong.

Finding a SINGLE unit for that size tank is going to be nigh-on impossible.
You'll most likely have to run multiple units and change each canister about once every 2 weeks.

Are you sure you want this level of commitment? It's going to be pretty expensive, even for the upkeep.

To be honest, I'd say just leave this idea and does with liquid carbon, will be alot cheaper although you may not get the same results.

i was told that dosing ferts long run would be more expensive then getting pressurized co2

Depends on where you buy them and on your dosing.
Try buying super pond concentrated ones, but as I said, liquid carbon would be easier if you can buy it in bulk for that size tank.

The thing that strikes me about the unit you are considering is that it has no solenoid shutoff system in it. My combination unit has not only the two stage regulator that you are considering but also includes a solenoid shutoff unit that can be plugged into a timer like you use for your lights. That means you can coordinate the CO2 on and off with the lights on and off cycle. That coordination means CO2 levels can be high when the plants are getting enough light to use the CO2. I also got a cheap bubble counter with my kit so that I could easily judge what my adjustment of the needle valve was doing.
