Would This Be Enough To Plant Out These Tanks?

Would these lightly plant out the 2 tanks in my sig and a 16l Betta tank. The 60l and 30l have a sand substrate, the 16l could have either.

If so, what combinations would you recommend?

The 60l already has 2 moss balls and some long grassy plants that are not doing to well (no light over 7 day holiday)
