Fred and the Fredettes
Hi All
I have a Rio 300 on its customed made Rio 300 stand.
A Rio 300 tank measures 48" Length, 24" Height and 20" Depth and has a "usable" water volume of 300 litres (no shock there)
I am thinking of upgrading my tank size to a 60", 24" Height and 18" Depth which has a "usable" water volume of 360 litres
Now i know it's not much difference in water volume and perhaps "why bother", but please ignore the sense of that part of the issue please!
ADVICE WANTED AND APPRECIATED is
What are peeps views on a Rio 300 Stand (which is obviously 48") long and built for 300 litres of volume holding a 60" tank and 360 litres with a bit of MDF (60 inches long) on top of the stand?
Both tanks are 10ml glass
Thanks
