wots best water turnover rate 4 brackish tank

i have the juwel 120 litre tank which i converted to brackish and wondered what power head would be best

Brackish fish do best in a tank with a strong current, also with most being heavy eaters a large turnover of water through the filter is highly recomened. I would upgrade the juwel powerhead to the largest model they make with a turnover of 1000 litres per hour.
