I have a female Betta. When I got home from work I noticed her left flipper was not moving and she has a white sreing-like substance coming from where she poops. Can someone help? Thanks.

is she bloated? stringy white poo is either constipation (dont over feed her. give her a bit of cooked deshelled mushed up pea and fast for a day after) or from internal parasites (if peas and fasting doesnt make her poo normal, some anti internal-parasite meds are in order...does she look skinny?).
keep us posted.
cheers
