Worried About My Female Betta...

One of my females is just sitting on the bottom of the tank with her fins slightly clamped, she only moves to go to the surface to get air. she looks ok, no markings, fungus, ect. What do u think may be wrong with her? And what should I treat her with? Thank you

How old is she? Has she been eating? Has she been pooping? Has she been recently bred? Parameters of the tank--you have tested it I presume? What's the heat? Any recent additions?

She's about 5 months old. small appetite, not as hungry as usual. Is pooping though. No recent additions. Tank parameters:

ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 10
ph: 6.8
temp: 76 degrees
