WORMS....GROSS

I looked in my 20 gallon to find my other silver molly dead, this time he had some weird white things on him. One closer inspection they looked like little white worms. Then i noticed that there were a bunch of them on the glass moving about. What are they, and how do i get rid of them, where did they come from???
