Worm/Organism in Tank

Hi, was wondering if anyone could tell me what this is & if it’s harmful to my fish? I normally feed frozen food but tried live daphnia & wondered if this came in the bag with the daphnia? Luckily it is only in one of my isolation tanks & not my main tank as currently treating a fish for swim bladder. I tried to post a video as it is clearer but don’t think I can.

I agree with @Slaphppy7, looks to be a shrimp but it could also be a type of nymph.

Also, I read the title VERY wrong at first glance
