Do you think this is poop or a worm dangling from his anus?

If you can pick the trace out and put it under a microscope. You could possibly have a good idea if there's some nasty things there.

But if you feed them brine shrimps and they eat a lot, it will have the same results. If you are feeding them dark colored food atm and the condition persist, there could be internal parasites.

Is he keeping his fins clamped like that all the time ? Also It could be the position of the pic, but his belly looks skinny a little ?

He is clamping his fins. I see several several strands coming out of rectum and his belly is shining. I will treat with API General Cure.

Good precaution.

Is that Mohawk Man ? Because if it is. He doesn't fell good for sure.

Yes indeed. Mohawk Man has been brought down to his knees. My little homicidal fish is hurting.

Camallanus (threadworms), treat it with levamisole or flubendazole.

Do not use API General Cure to treat intestinal worms because it contains Metronidazole (antibiotic) and we need to reduce the use of antibiotics due to drug resistant bacteria.

If fish have thread/ round worms, use Levamisole or Flubenazole.
If fish have tapeworm, use Praziquantel.

The following link has information about fish with stringy white poop includign deworming fish.
