Worm looking things on tank?

Anyone know what these are? Just popped up this evening..they don't appear to be moving but they look like tiny worms. Should I be worried? Freshwater tank, not sure if any more info is needed.

No, only mystery snails. In the picture there is some other kind of snail though that hitchhiked with some of our live plants. There's two of them but they're tiny and I have no idea what they are..

Hitchhiker snail looks to be a bladder snail.

I would say one of your mystery snails took a trip out of the tank and used up there as a toilet haha
