Wondering About A Pleco

I've seen a lovely pleco in my local pet shop and i don't know what it is, it's £19.99 and it just says extra large pleco, it's about 6" and it's black and white, would it be likely to be a common pleco? it seems expensive for a common.

I may go in there tomorrow and ask, my tank is a 72" X 20" X 14" so i don't know whether i could have it.
