Will This Manage To Grow?

I impulse bought some cyperus helferi from my lfs the other day for my 33g tank with less than 1wpg t8 lighting. Do you think it'll manage? Or should I move it to my other tank with better lights (~1.4 wpg t5)?

Both tanks are dosed trace and small amounts of macro weekly without co2.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It will probably survive, but it grows slowish at the best of times. I'd leave it where it is.

I have some in high light and low light and like Minnnt said, it grows slow in both. Nice plant however. Will be worth it when it gets tall.
