Will This Cabinet Hold My Tank

hi folks, juts picked up a 120l tank on ebay, just wondering what you all think about this glass tv cabinet, will it hold the tank. it seems to flex slightly when i push hard. tank is 800mm by 300mm

Oft! I wouldnt take the chance, especially if you say it sways when you push it hard. Water weighs a lot (as you undoubtably already know). The tele stand would need proper supports at the ends and in the middle for it to work. Which sucks, cause it would probable look really good on that stand too.

yeh it would have looked good. i just wanted to post up incase someone else had tried something similar and failed. im not going to risk it, think i will build a cabinet

I personally wouldn't risk it either. TVs these days don't weigh that much, I wouldnt trust it to hold a tank.

I agree with the above and the two metal circles at the front will cause the tank to slope upwards, so it could crack
