Hello, currently I have a 25g high tank. My cories are mixed species here are what I have:
2 bronze cories
1 black corie
1 peppered corie

Right know that only adds up to four and I understand they need to be kept in groups of 5+ so tommorow I will be running to the LFS to get either an Albino cory or another Peppered cory. Will the Corys be okay in a mix and match group like this? The black cory is really energetic and swims in the middle part of the tank around the glass all the time, and only skims the bottom during feeding, while the others are usually hiding in this cave and come out looking for food every so often. I don't want my corys to be stressed -_-

There is nothing wrong with mixing different species of cories as long as you keep them in groups of at least 3 or more. If you have the room, then you might want to get at least 1 more bronze and 2 peppered cories. When you say black cory, Im guessing you are talking about the Black C. Aeneus? If possible, you need to increase those numbers too.

okay ill get an Albino because those are a form of bronze cories right? aswell as a couple peppered. I cannot find any of my black cories anywhere else. They were at the LFS onces and ive never seen them agian :( I know they are Black C.Aeneus though.

Keep in mind that peppered cories like the water cooler then the bronze cories. Thats one thing you have to watch when mixing different species of cories. It always good to check what they like first.

You can get an albino, it should mix fine with the bronze. I have said in the past they wouldnt, but have since learned they usually will. You might want to pick up a pair of albinos so you will have 2 of each.
