Will my two BN's crossbreed if they are not the same type here are two pics.

if so what age can the female breed?

They will probubly breed.
Not a good thing really as you'll endup with cross breeds...
Then people will try and ID them and no-one will know whats going on

I wont mind but ill just make sure that i dont sell any or take them to the LFS but if i do ill make sure ppl know what they are buying. Perdonally i dont think there is anything wrong with crossbreeding i mean a beautiful plec is a beautiful plec. Are there any deformaty problems of genetic problems with this.

If the store has some of the new type left - go and get a female and trade yours in... breed them like that.

I'm not really to bothered though becuase in an aquarium with about 15 cichlids the fry will get hoveed up so... i'm not to worried about it TBH. Sounds cruel to some but i think its just nature really(althought you dont get these fish togethter in the wild.
