Here are my tank readings from a tetratest kit....

NO3 = 0
NO2 = 0
GH = 16d?
KH = 10d
PH = 7.2

The fish are acting slow and dopey )

Its a Rena Panorama 60 tank

6 neons
4 tetras
2 bala shark (to be re-homed to bigger tank)
1 white bottom feeder and a pleco?

I have an airpump and a heavy duty filtre

The tanks been running for 3months now (cycled for 2wks)

First off, I'd very strongly suggest doing an ammonia test.

For a KH of 10, a pH of 7.2 seems unusually low.
Also, 0 nitrates sounds a little odd.

How did you cycle the tank?
Do you have plants? If so, how many, and do you have more than standard lighting?
Add any chemicals to your water other than dechlorinator (particularly "pH reducing" chemicals)?

I did cycle it with a plant and i have the standard light that came with the tank in.

I woke up this morning and this is the reading....

no3 = 10
no2 = 1
gh= 10
kh= 15
ph = 7.6/8.0

They are swimming about now but im still not convinced...

I have added water safe and a revitaliser tonic (a salty one)

You added a salt with a pl*co. that is really not going to help your pl*co at all You have an airpump, is it running an airstone? Try doing a water change and put in a charcoal filter.
