It is the normal state of female egglayers to be carrying eggs, this does not mean they are about to breed. In clean conditions, they may well do so however, but in a stocked tank, the parents and the other fish will eat the eggs.
Assuming they were fertilised, some may lodge in places where the fish cannot reach. Unless the water is of the right chemistry, they will not hatch. Excess Calcium in the water reacts with the egg shells making them too tough for the fry to break out.
If the water is right and the few remaining hatch, the fish will then eat the fry. In a densly planted, large enough, tank, even so one or two may get large enough to grow on to adulthood.
So with an awful lot of if's and but's, there is a "maybe".
