hi, i was thinking of getting some red cherry shrimp, but I've been told that my pelvicachromis pulchers would eat juvi shrimp, just wanted to check if this is true cos i really like them. it was suggested that i bought a 5 gal tank just for shrimp, but my parents aren't too keen about another tank, but if i can get one, any ideas about a set up?

cheers

Agreed.
For a cherry shrimp set up you will be able to go without heater, and only need a small HOB filter :good: Would be cool if it was set up with mosses and easy plants such as java fern.

thought so, i was thinkin of those types of plants, although i'm putting those plants in my main tank. would i be able to put the shrimp i get in the small tank and then when they grow add a few to the tank with the kriibs?
