Will it hurt to add another filter on my 65gal?

While the 2213 will take care of all you need biologically, they do have pretty slow water movement, so more filtration will certainly help with physical waste and debris. Adding a simple hanging filter like an Aquaclear 300 will is a cost effective solution.

Well....i went to teh LFS and ended up with another Eheim.
They were on sale so i figured why not.
So now i have 2 Eheim 2213 filters in my 65 gal!
:D

2 are better than one! Just to give you an idea I have a 2028 AND a 2217 filtering my 75gal.....the more the better, especially with messier fish...

I agree with 2 filters. I run a Fluval 404 and a Pengiun 330 on my 125 Gallon. The water is always crystal clear and the fish are happy. :)
