Will It Be Dead....

I bought of a guy 10 kilos of 3 year old matured LR for 45 quid then paid 18 quid for 48 hour delivery. So not bad really i thought. However he posted it on monday and i have still not received it! and wont until monday! TBH parcelforce are complete W******! i tracked it and it went to aberdeen for 3 days! LIKE WTF!

Now the guy wrapped it in wet newspaper and then fish bags i believe then into a bucket, with fragile on the side as he said you dont want to say it livestock as price will go through the roof.

Will it be LR by monday you think or should i say expensive deadrock?

So warning to people posting things through royal mail/ parcelforce dont if its a big thing and needs to get there in a few days! Go city link me thinks!

I have in the past used ANC from Aberdeen to deliver Tanks, LR Corals etc with no problems

I would suggest putting the LR in a box/busket for a few days (c/w powerhead & heater) and keep changing the water & doing tests as adding this to your tank may casue a mini-cycle

I agree, it won't really be dead rock but it will basically need to cure again. Just cure it and it should be good to go.
