neon dwarf rainbow fish, it has a red lump on its side what appears like a spot on a hooman what is this? Will the esha or methylene treat this first time seeing it

That looks like a clean war wound, just let it be at the moment but keep an eye on it. What are the parameters in your tank. That looks like a QT tank, what is in your main tank.
