Well I purchased some B. Imbellis I got 6 juvies....that were said to all be pairs although I have some doubts now....but oh well all the same I love them...after that accident (which is still being delt with I assure you all) I have been a bit down...so I have been thinking of getting some new fish....I was interested in getting some wilds...though I was curious as to wonder as if more then one wild species can be kept together? Just a question although I think I know the answer :D anyways another thing...I know a bunch of you on here have different wilds...and was wondering what you all have and if you have an suggestions and places you know of that carry some wilds (my lfs does not) anyways advice would be graciously appreciated...thank you all in advance :)

I'm currently keeping B. falx, B. burdigala, and B. pugnax. On the hunt for B. persephone, B. enisae and a few others. I got mine through breeders involved in the IBC's SMP (Species Maintanence Program). Here's a link to the contact page: http://www.ibc-smp.org/Pages/contact.html The email for Gerald Griffin is there. He could put you in touch with folks breeding the species you're interested in (or he might be working with those species himself).

If my babies would finally spawn for me, I'd happily send you some pairs myself, but no such luck just yet.

As for mixing species, probably not the best idea. Most of the species ARE pretty docile and probably wouldn't cause too many issues, but to play it safe, keeping them in species tanks is probably best. However, in the wild, there are some species that do inhabit the same small waterways. They are usually species that are from different complexes or groups, spawn differently, and therefore do not interfere with each others territory. Always something you could do more research on...........
