well at the last bca auction i won a group of wild apsito cacs from ste chester and after this french import by steve loxton i also brought one of his wild males .... since then ive put the male from the auction with my triple red female and have a few spawns...... but put the male from steve loxton with the wild females and they paired off and today have come out with a small batch of free swimming F1 fry .... round about 20 in total .... im well chuffed by this as didnt think my current waters wouldve been suitable for them to breed in as PH is 7.6 .... tds of 200ppm and GH of 175ppm theres no heater in the tank but its at room temp of 25c

Haha this is only what I managed to sort out last night I've got a trio of f1 apisto borelli both females with fry, albino kribensis with fry, super red kribensis with fry, wild cross triple red apisto cacatuoides with fry, my wild pair of pelvicachromis taeniatus wouri are on eggs, my other wild pair of pelvicachromis sacrimontis are on eggs and the pelvicachromis .s. maradi I got recently are also on eggs at the moment , I don't use any special water or buffers like almond leaves or alder cones, just good diet and regular water changes lol my ph is 7.6 gh of 175ppm and tds of 200ppm
