why ?

My sissortail died yestserday , there was no sign off it being sick , it was happly swimming around with his freind then the next minute gone , this is the second one ive had that has died without showing any illness , all my other fish are fine .

ive cheaked the water that seems fine to .

ok i just did another water test as i did a 25% water change last night the water hardness is 120 which is moderate , the alkalinity is 120 ideal range and ph is 7.2 ideal range .

I don't know any specifics about the fish but people always want a reason as to why fish die .

How long have you had the fish for. Check the life expectancy. It might have just dies of old age

He was only 4 weeks old , his pal i bought with him died 2 weeks after a got them both , the sissortail i have now i bought as a freind to keep him company now he's all alone , i give up on sissortails

maybe it is the stress of the fish. did u leave the plastic bag floating on the water for 30 mins?

My amonnia and nitrites are fine , and i always bob my fish for 30 mins , tis a mystery
