Why Won't My Pics Shrink When I Try To Pm Them?

They seem to "auto-shrink" when I post them in members aquarium pics.

Am I missing something?

No that's supposed to happen, assuming your pics are bigger than the 800x600(?) maximum size for the forum page. It's shame it does happen as picture quality drops also.
